The famous and talented members of NewJeans shared with their fans worldwide the important advice to workout and have a healthy body with a simple and daily activity that one of them admitted is her favorite part of exercise.
Just a day ago, the girls reunited in a YouTube video with Vogue Singapore to answer some questions about themselves, like hidden habits, fashion obsessions, and their favorite workouts. They gave Haerin the opportunity to give her response.

The idol started saying that in her case, her favorite is stretching, while the other member agreed. She said that despite not being much work, it helps her feel good: “Since my body often feels stiff, stretching is actually such a workout to me“.
She also revealed another benefit while her members made stretching moves: “It feels like I’m exercising, and after I do it, it feels very refreshing“. Then, the others added how important it is to make those movements before dancing or working out.
